Chapter Seven: Children in Dog Parks.

“Many toddlers and young children put themselves at risk by behaving inappropriately in off leash parks. Parents need to be responsible and teach their children how to behave safely.”

“No dog owner ever wants to face the possibility of their dog biting someone else’s or their own child, especially when some common sense could have avoided the problem.”
